Sanded Process
      This is the process of sanding the rattan stems
so that they become smooth. This will make the product better for the next
process. In this section we place workers who have the sensitivity to check
which parts need to be sanded to achieve a good level of smoothness. Apart from
that, they will also check in detail for other parts of the rattan that need to
be cleaned. We have taught these workers to check independently so that this
process will run on time
